Deadlines for submission can be found on the Academic Calendar. Traditionally the following guidance is followed for deadlines:

1. The Enrollment Adjustment Form (EAF) is available in MyForms beginning at noon on Friday of Week 2 each term.
2. Add or Change a section deadline – Thursday (11:59 a.m.) of 3rd week
3. Withdraw from a course – Friday (11:59 a.m.) of 6th week
4. Change of grading basis – Friday (11:59 a.m.) of 8th week
5. Change of variable units – Friday (11:59 a.m.) of 8th week

All late requests after the deadline must be initiated by the student’s advisor.
