iGrade Availability and Deadlines

  • iGrade is available to view class rosters on the day the quarter begins.
  • iGrade opens to submit grades the Monday of 10th week.
  • Deadline to submit grades is the Thursday after finals week.

  • While grades may be entered into iGrade at any time, the availability to submit grades using the iGrade system is dependent on the availability of the Student Information System. SIS and iGrade may be (and is usually) available before 8:00am. It becomes available whenever the nightly process completes.
