Student Requests
Verification of student status for the current and previous terms may be obtained from the Office of The Registrar for the purposes indicated:
--Student loan deferments
--Employment
--Cal Grant
--Congressional Teachers Fellowship
--Law school references
--Credit card companies
--Good student driver's discount
--Insurance companies
--Banking services
--Military ID
Allow 5 to 7 business days for verifications to be processed. Verification requests prior to the third week of instruction will be processed only if the student has paid fees and enrolled.
If you do not have a form you can print out a Verification Request Form, fill in all the information requested, return it in person to the Highlander One Stop Shop (HOSS) on the first floor of the Student Services Building, or by mail to the address below. If your browser cannot print the Verification Request Form, you may request verification by a signed letter in which you include the same information. If verification is to be mailed, mail form or letter and a stamped envelope to:
